How should I position my Halo Rise?
Place the device on your side of the bed. Make sure the device’s metal stand is at the same height or up to 8” above your mattress. Face the device towards your upper body, about an arm’s length away, with no objects in between. See the placement guide above for more details.

Does Halo Rise work for two people?
Each device is designed to track one person’s sleep. You can use two devices if you wish to track another person in the same bed.

Do I need a Halo membership for Halo Rise to work?
No. Your device tracks sleep and functions as a wake-up light and an alarm clock, and the Halo app provides sleep information and content, without a Halo membership. However, your device purchase comes with a 6-month Halo membership which provides access to even more features designed to improve sleep and enhance your health. Access to some features in the Halo app may require a Halo membership.

Does each device require a separate membership?
No. Each device does not require a separate membership but each Halo user will need their own membership to access membership features.
